Dim, pale,
Sparkling,
Frosty light;
Darkness
Empowering
Flakes on
Bright winds
Covering
Roads
Crossed twice
A day.
Two hours,
A highway,
A world
Away from
Stable
Serenity.
Crowds
Scream,
Mothers
Yell
All the
Way home
On the
Last lap,
Spun
Arms
Too leaden
To lift.
Halogen
Halos
Through
Goggles
Get shifted
When back
On the
Road to
Bath and a
Bed, the
Sight of
Dry flurries,
Dashboard
Sounding
September,
Reminds
Of the dance
Forsaken this
Night
For a chance
At a title
That passed
With a sigh.
